Continuing Our Legacy of Excellence

My highest priority is giving you a confident smile you'll enjoy for years to come.

Nothing is more gratifying than watching your personality blossom as your new smile takes shape.

Education & Experience

I'm an Alliance native and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Louisville, Ohio, before attending Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. It's here that I met my wife, Courtney.

I then went onto Dental School at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, followed by my orthodontic residency at the University of Rochester in New York.

It was very rewarding to join my dad, Dr. Tom Dietrich in private practice in 2011. Dr. Tom lightened his workload before fully retiring in 2018, and we couldn't be happier for him.

I'm happy to continue his legacy of creating confident smiles in Stark County!

Alliance Braces

Traditional braces are one of the most efficient orthodontic tools we have. The metal or ceramic brackets are attached to the teeth, then connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics. Through regular adjustments with Dr. Dietrich, these brackets, wires, and bands work together to apply the gentle pressure that will gradually move the teeth into the desired positions.

Alliance braces are an excellent choice for correcting tooth issues from simple to complex. Because they can sometimes work faster at closing gaps and aligning teeth than other options might, overall treatment time may be slightly reduced. In addition, braces don't require some of the more complicated technology or expensive equipment that newer treatments can, making Tacoma braces a cost-effective orthodontic option for patients on a budget.

Alliance Clear Braces

Ceramic braces are another option straightening your teeth. They work the same way metal braces do, but the brackets are made with a clear ceramic material instead. Ceramic braces tend to be used on the upper front teeth more often than the lower teeth. They're very popular with our older teen and adult patients because they are such a discrete treatment option. Since the brackets tend to be a bit larger and more brittle than their metal counterparts, we normally won't recommend them for our younger patients.

Using traditional braces, you can often see visible signs of improvement relatively quickly, which can help increase your confidence in both your smile and the orthodontic process!

Alliance Braces and Clear Braces: finding the right treatment for your smile

Our doctor and staff have many years of experience providing customized treatment plans for each individual patient. When you visit one of our five offices for a complimentary consultation, our talented team will pay special attention to your particular orthodontic needs, as well as your specific tooth shape, the movement of your lips, and the shape of your face. Using these as the basis for treatment will result in a beautifully aligned smile that's just right for your face.
